Located in Seattle’s South Lake Union (SLU) neighborhood, adjacent to I-5 and within walking distance of some of the nation’s premier research institutions, Cascadian is a brand new 210,771rsf, 9-story mixed-use space.  After its mid-2021 completion, Sellen was asked to develop a plan to modify the interior spaces to meet the needs of potential lab tenants, transforming the building to be ready for 60% lab and 40% office. Two floors will be renovated into tenant-ready lab spaces, and other spaces in the building have been allocated for lab, lab support/equipment, office, office support, and mechanical functions.  With an appealing location and modern amenities, this tour will offer a glimpse of something beyond the typical office building.  We look forward to seeing you there!  Please note there is a limit of 25 people on this tour, so sign up soon to ensure your spot!  After the tour, we will adjourn to a local watering hole for libations & conversation (location tbd).
