Belden Club Seattle is pleased to host Oldivai Capital for our July lunch. Oldivai Capital, the vision of two senior real estate executives from the Providence Health System, seeks to deliver workforce housing at scale. For the Belden Club, Oldivai will be sharing a glimpse of our strategy for leveraging modular construction techniques and highly efficient templated design to drive flexible infill redevelopment. We believe that to develop health in communities, those providing critical services need the opportunity to live in the community where they work and infill redevelopment at scale is core to that objective. This presentation will provide current examples of how we are partnering with cities, community stakeholders and local employers to accelerate development of family-focused workforce housing for the “missing middle”.
For all past and potential Belden Club Seattle members, please note we are still working to develop an updated membership dues structure. While this process is underway, we will be asking for payment for this lunch to offset some of the cost, and will announce the new membership dues structure by August. Thank you for your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
