Another great property tour with the Belden Club Seattle! This time Henbart LLC shared their Parque Kirkland project, a sophisticated urban mixed use design incorporating retail, restaurant, office and private residences. Beautifully executed! The View Smart Windows show off an amazing technology that allows for control of light per pane via an app and the ability to turn windows into monitors. The parking was creatively addressed. Another cool amenity space was the wine cellar and tasting room. We finished the tour with beverages and small bites at Kirkland’s newest place, Arleana’s!
